I've got to learn to walk again. You know,,,the heel-toe way. I noticed this morning that I'm not walking. It's a kinda long shuffle. My first thought was it was the new shoes I'm breaking in. I am so sick of being in this place but i have no idea how to get out. ED has completely taken over again. I was doing so well when I got out of my Intensive outpatient program and now I am worse than I was when I started treatment a year ago. I start to wonder if treatment isn't for me. I crashed again. The whole week of transition hit me Friday afternoon and I could go no further. In transition, there are helpers for us. When we come up on something we can't do or remember how to do, we hold up our hands and a helper comes to help. It seems to me that I need help on just about every call I take. Been needing to put brakes on front of car for last two weeks as the right front has been on metal to metal. Luckily being sick means very little driving. Put brakes on awhile ago, but just on the right side. Took 52 minutes to do half of what I used to do in 45 minutes. Saving left side for another time.
