So i know most of all of you here are not using anymore and have been able to get clean i can't i have lost and dealt with things that should really teach me a lesson and get me to realize i need to stop and all the damage it is causing my life but i don't learn from anything i should i just can't get myself to fucking get clean it just eats at me if i am not using and all i can think of is if i was high or that i should just get do a little that's not bad and really doesn't even count then i get around to it i don't stick to only a little amount i can not beat my urges or control myself i try so hard and just fucking can't i just don't understand now so many others were able to beat this because i feel it is not a option for me to be clean like i never am going to do this like i mean really i try so hard there is completely no stopping myself from using i can not do this at all most of all when i get as much free dope whenever i want really and that does not help at all because when your not even needing money then it is even harder not to because fuck i mean why would i stop myself when i get it free so i just am bummed out because there's no way i can stop this addiction like others have been able to i am way to skinny and really unhealthy its like nasty and i never can force myself to eat and i am so pale and i just feel gross about myself and how i am always going to be a "tweaker" and can never change i just don't know i try everything and it never lasts long i hate how weak i am compared to this drugs strength on me it always wins i feel like a fucking puke i just don't know what i can do anymore

First thing is dont give up on yourself.
You have the power inside of you to become a wonderful person. The fact that your on here is a start to your recovery. It's going to be a hard long road but you can do it. I wish I could tell you how to do it but I cant. No one can. You have to find your own way. I can suggest some methods but it's really up to you. God Bless you. Joe

You need to hit your bottom. Now you may die, go insane, destroy all your loved ones, etc, first but you still have to hit a point of no return. Most of us have lost everything before this happens.
You don't have to be living in the slums first though. My slums were between my ears. This will make you teachable and bring on a seriousness that only the dying know. Then you might and I mean might get clean. Only 3 to 7% of people get clean what happens to the rest of them??? Do you try praying yet?

I say please don't wait to hit bottom. Find a way to climb out before the bottom. It's not easy to admit you can't do it. If drugs were that easy to stop we wouldn't have so many drug addicts. Find a rehab. You can't do this alone. You can try but you won't succeed. You need to find what is making you need this to get thru life. I will pray for you. As crazy as you might think it is, sometimes if you tell God you have the will, he will find you a way. Just listen.

I feel so bad for u! If I got meth for free I would be in the same boat!!!! Is there anyone you trust that is willing to put u in rehab? Your parents? A friend? If I only had a friend when I was strung out on meth that could have stepped in and helped me by taking me to rehab! Pray ! I finally got help by being arrested and charged with possesion . If I fuck up I am going to prison 15-20 years. Mind you I have terrible urges to use though. I hope u get help beforevu hit rock bottom!
