Hello, I have not used meth for almost 5 years. My quality of life has improved, but I still get skins bumps and lesions like I did when I was using. Has this happened to anyone else? I get terribly sad and depressed these days. Any suggestions on diet, exercises or supplements to help my body detox? Many thanks!! E

yes I have a similar problem, even thought i don't do meth anymore my face still brakes out...occasionally, i don't know what the answer is but it does still happen to me even thought i had great skin before i did meth.

Glad to know I am not the only one. Maybe the sauna would help. I will keep you posted if I hear of anything or happen to stumble upon something helpful. Happy Saturday!
