I havent been on here in a long time. I finally hit rock bottom and I dont know what to do. Somebody please talk to me.

Go to an AA meeting, or a NA, or CA meeting. Go as often as you used.

Please do not do anything impulsive. Remember that meth causes emotional mood swings. Much of the depression that one feels when one is at the end of a run or after a run is due to the chemically imbalance caused by a physiological response. Usually things are not as dire as they seem at the moment. Give your body some time to gain back strength. Please be patient. Remember, there are some who care!
