Hey thar everyone, I've just had a big mental break down where i was Panic, disorianted, confused and having to deal with the voices and pictures in my head picting things like killing myself and trusting no one in the fear that everyone is just using me... I need help to find out whats happening in my head and what i can do about it, councelling dont seem to be helping... it seemed to have made it worse.... Help please anyone?!

I just want to say take a deep breath first.... Do you know what sparked the episode? Are you anxious about anyone thing in particular? You said you went to counselling... what did that counsellor say to you? I don't mean to pry but clearly whatever they said didn't help as it was meant to! Seems like you may need to go to another one who will actually listen to you and offer you the best possible alternatives... Hope this helps a bit!
