Hi Many. I am 28 and have a 33 year old brother who is dd. He is very functional but it has been very hard for him to find others like him. He gets very frusted with trying to date. Do you have any recomendations on how he can meet others like himself?

I am 20 with severe spastic cerebral palsy. My IQ comes out in the low 80s and i am always called mildly retarded. I feel normal and do fewer stupid things than most ppl I know.
