" Hi Babear,
How old is your brother? Does he have a diagnosis that would explain his 6 yr old comprehension? Does your state offer any support for people with your brothers disabilities? It seems to me that he should have a case worker and some time of government support. It is difficult to see someone you love living on the street. That's great that you were able to get him SSI and those type of benefits. I would next look into home care providers or some type of assisted living arrangement. Good Luck! "
