We had a terrific time at the zoo yesterday. Me, Gramps and Moira. They even have a preschooler waterpark which ended the outing perfectly. And for once, I was on the ball enough to remember to pack her a swimsuit ... no sunblock mind you, but Gramps bought a little tube at the swim shack. She had a blast. Thought she'd sleep like a rock at naptime, but ......

My Morning Walk Through The Local Children's Garden

On my way to the Children's Garden, I crossed a little bridge besides a wooded pond.
It was very peaceful there.
As I walked through the garden I spotted some pretty little butterflie's and I started trying to get some pictures of them. I managed to catch this one atop a flower.

Plans for decorating:
Kitchen:
All accents, like curtains, rugs, clock, plant pots, tea kettle, place mats, table cloth, napkins, etc. will be bright yellow against stark white, with a touch of black.
Living room:

One of the most enjoyable day trips I love to take is to grab my digital camera
and go to the zoo. These pictures I took over this past weekend at the
Point Defiance Zoo.
