So glad I passed the coconut oil suggestion along. I like it too because it is so light and doesn't have that after-feel that some oils do (like baby oil). LOL You should see my bathroom cabinet, full of tubes of this and that but without it all I would be in more misery than I already am. I keep the coconut oil in my room, on my bedside table so I can use it when I am changing clothing. I also find wearing loose fitting underpanties for bed helps a lot too. I like the boxer briefs as they fit down to the top of the thigh and do not have that nasty old elastic regular panties do. I also change underwear frequently thru the day, seems to be of help too. Just my observations.
