Hot flashes, flushes, night sweats and/or cold flashes, clammy feeling
Irregular heart beat
Irritability
Mood swings, sudden tears
Trouble sleeping through the night (with or without night sweats)
Irregular periods; shorter, lighter periods; heavier periods, flooding; phantom periods, shorter cycles, longer cycles
Loss of libido
Dry vagina
Crashing fatigue
Anxiety, feeling ill at ease
Feelings of dread, apprehension, doom
Difficulty concentrating, disorientation, mental confusion
Disturbing memory lapses
Incontinence, especially upon sneezing, laughing; urge incontinence
Itchy, crawly skin
Aching, sore joints, muscles and tendons
Increased tension in muscles
Breast tenderness
Headache change: increase or decrease
Gastrointestinal distress, indigestion, flatulence, gas pain, nausea
Sudden bouts of bloat

OMG! No wonder i'm going crazy! JEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZ!
The only 2 I don't have is the period thing, only because i've had a hysterectomy and the osteoporosis because i'm only 43!

This is BS! Why do we have to suffer all this!

" Yes, menopause does not officially start till one year w/o a period. No, it is NOT just you, it is all the hormonal changes in your body. You will lose the embarrassment as the symptoms slowly but surely take over your life, lol. I am so sorry for the loss of your husband. You will find out you are a very strong woman! The clinic I go to would not even discuss meds, so I am doing this with vitamins only. Of course lots of prayer and support here! The best to you! "
