Anyone only have low progesterone?

Just wondering if anyone has only low progesterone, but the other hormones, estrogen etc are normal? If so have you had luck with taking progesterone.
I've tried 200MG prometrium way too strong and following month tried 100MG prometrium. I also recently tried a perscription cream. It just seems too hard to use and make symptoms worse. I know it's not quite menopause; however, what I've been reading is progesterone starts to decline first in your 30's. My progesterone level on day #24 was .1. I'm taking a break from trying progesterone. It just seems too hard!!! Posted on 09/28/09, 09:09 pm |

I use Prometrium and love it. What did you mean by it was too strong or harsh? Were you prescribed an anti-deprssant with it?

I'm on Progesterone only, for now. I take the Bio version my doctor ordered for me from the Apothecary Shop. It works well for me. BHRT don't seem to have side effects.
