I found that doubling the dose to 2 tablets a day is much better. It cut the night sweats by 80% and cut the hot flashes in half. I think I have found my wonder drug... and as silly as it sounds...you all are right. Riding out the emotions as they come work so much better than fighting them. I am blessed to have a wonderfully supportive husband who would and does do anything for me... once I explained that I just needed to be validated, just to know that I wasnt crazy, not that he had to "do" anything...things went so much easier. I found for me... its best to soak in a hot tub when i want to kill someone and cry it out when it comes to the sadness. I am thankful I found this website...and yes, i have recommended it to everyone I know.
THANKS LADIES

" I have to say I really thought I was going crazy, I truly did then I started on here in January and realized I was normal...ish. It was a great relief, I felt validated and empowered.

I chose the HRT route and while and its been a Godsend, I still have many "rage" moments that still scare me. My partner (yes I am gay) had such a minor blip of menopause that she doesn't understand what the fuss is all about and I just about lose my mind with her. So we all have our challenges and if we continue to talk about it, laugh and express ourselves to ones who understand.. it can only make us better in the long run.

Blessings to all. "
