i am going through the same thing i get the mood swings, night sweats cant sleep much during the night anymore so i understand what we are all going through here Linda

does anyone know why now im like spoting a little bit but then i wipe and theirs brown discharge ive got the cramps . it changed from last months heavy bleeding to this. i also feel like a stabbing pain on my left ovary then goes to my back. i like when istep on that side theirs somthing their it just started. i pee alot to now. is this part of pre menopause anyone gone thru this help
