" my first symptom was like electrical shocks in my thighs. It felt like being poped by a rubber band but inside my thigh. after that one left, I started waking up in the middle of the night with a racing heart. Ive had pvc's, hot flashes, night sweats, major anxity and now dry eyes. my symptoms seem to come and go. I am 50 and I still have monthly cycles. Im thankful my symptoms are not constant and are not extreme "

" Hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, and brain fog. I have been trying sage tablets for the night sweats, but they don't seem to be doing any good. Anyway, there's nothing so far that I can't live with. Good luck to you. "

" I am 48 and my doctor told me I was in perimenopause. I didnt start haveing symptoms until about 6 months ago. Mood swings, irregular periods, anxiety, crying spells. So I guess she was right. My mom had her last period at fifty. Maybe I will be the same, dont know. My sister started peri in her thirties. It sucks. "
