I had a total hysterectomy March 14, 2007 and I was recently diagnosed as a Bi Polar and I have a rough time struggling with the disease. The doctor in New York had me on Premarin but the Doctor down here has me on Estradiol. I like the Premarin much better than the Estradiol. That may have something to do with whats wrong with me, however, if you read my profile then you will pretty much see a lot more that added up to my condition.

premarine is just the name of the brand.... it is still estradiol...just the only one that comes from Pregnant mare's urine.

Mine was almost 4 years ago
October 5 2008 will be 4 years it was hard for the first 6 or 8 weeks but after that it was all good.I still have one ovary because what the surgeon thought were fibroids actually was my left ovary grew back in to my uterus.
