The symptoms can last for years, BUT they can be gotten under control. I would like to share an natural herb with you that I take and have been for 8 months now. It's called Lydia Pinkham and you can order and purchase it at almost any pharmacy. You can even order it online. It takes 3-4 months (taken 2 tablets, 3 times daily) to get in your system completely and work! I LOVE this herb! I also have been prescribed a blood pressure medicine by my doctor for Atenolol 25 mg for the heart palplitations and it keep them under control. I wish you much luck and WE CAN AND WILL MAKE IT! Just put your trust in God and repeat this saying to yourself when you are feeling you are at your worst....(I know I have it bad, But there's ALWAYS someone else that has it SO MUCH worse.) You will have a different perspective and feel better, I promise!! Good luck! :) "

" Mine started at 42 and still going at 50. After a few months of thinking I was going insane with anxiety and depression, I said, "Doc, gimme something. I feel like a loon!" I'm on an antidepressant.Paxil and Buspar. Boy, what a difference a couple pill a day makes! And if the antidepressant isnt quite working at its competitive edge,co with my hormonal moods-a-plenty, I take kava. "
