Lumbar pain

I just finished my anitbiotics for meningitis caused by mycoplasma. It's a day later and my lumbar is achy breaky, it has been this whole time but today it's worse and once again my neck is stiff on both sides. I finally a million times better then when I was super sick but I still get tired pretty easily and feel kind of all over achy. It's week 9.

Does anyone else have linger back pain?
