I was just wondering if anyone here has used Tramadol for treatment for Meinere's disease. I took it one day for pain in my ear b/c I was having an attack and I felt completely NORMAL about 15 minutes after taking!!!!! I can not get any doctors to listen to me.......It is also used in the treatment of lots of other things besides pain. It took the pressure/pain away and the fullness and everything, even the dizziness. I don't have anymore b/c the were hubby's so trying to get a doctor to listen to me so i can get my own script. They just looked at me like i was a pill popper, which I am not. I am taking alpralazom, and triamterene 37.5, which seems to work ok until a weather front comes through, then it knocks me on my butt.....

" I have been doing some online research and i have found that it also helps with depression. I dunno, at this point I am willing to try ANYTHING. I helped me a whole lot. I am just going to talk to my family doctor about it. "

" i would VERY strongly advise against this. Tramadol is a highly addictive opioid and using it for purposes other than pain control can lead to addiction. "
