I just wanted to let you know that I am going in for cochlear implant surgery on Wednesday. I lost my hearing fairly quickly and it will improve my hearing but also hoping that it will help with menieres episodes. I will keep you posted. I am very excited and ready for it.

" I am now adjusting to the sounds of the CI, it sounds very strange but glad to be hearing. I think the surgery and recovery is the worst part of the package but everyone recovers differently. The real fun is relearning to hear :) I will keep you posted and with the meniere. I meet with my doctor tomorrow to discuss the other ear. Prayers are appreciated "
