More Avi Problems

I'm not sure what is going on here. This just started today.

I am able to upload a pic, but when I do it does not give me the opportunity to crop the pic. Instead, it immediately goes to another page where it shows the pic in the upper left hand corner of that page.

When I then hit the "Back" arrow, it brings me back to DS and the pic is already installed on my profile page. However, it is distorted.

Although it shows the pic perfectly where I should be able to crop it (but can't) - on my profile page, it shortens the width and thus distorts the avi.

The one I have right now works out ok, but other pics just look strange. Too tall and too narrow.

I'm just not sure what's up with this. Is anyone else having this problem?

" Well...

Whatever the problem was, it seems to be fixed now.

" I had trouble changing from my Halloween Avi back to Medicine Bear, then I (silly me) read the FAQ and tried all the steps. Dump your cookies, make sure the Avi is lass than 1.5 Megs and try again.

" Yes I have had that happen and if you just leave it and go back or hit the back arrow on the browser I find it eventually fixes itself.
I wonder if there is a slight glitch in one of the commands?
I have had it happen that way and also the actual page hang on me so that I am unable to click the "done" to load it.
Last time that happened I put up another av and it worked - so who knows - I think this site has a mind of its own LOL. "

" IDK, this was some kind of a fluke since it wasn't happening before or after - just for a short period of time this morning.

But thanks anyway everyone! "
