Hi all,

Yes the migration is over. There are a few issues we are tracking down.

They are:

- Photo Uploads (also avatars) are not currently working.
- There are some reported issues DailyStrength/Meebo Chat bar.
- Some of the data/formatting of the My Friends module on the signed-in Homepage is missing.
- The layout of bottom of some of our web pages is off.

We are working hard to resolve these as quickly as we can. If you see anything else, please let us know through the FEEDBACK FORM - http://www.dailystrength.org/help/feedback

@sambod - Great; but its probably because fewer users are on the site right now. Not expecting huge speed improvements from this yet.

Update: We also have found issues with our search and Recent Activity feeds. They are being a bit slow updating. For example, our search takes many hours to build an index of all of the site's content. These services should be up soon.

Very happy that ads aren't flashing off the bottom since they sometimes bring on my migraines but I am missing meebo.

Meebo chat bar does include adverts. They may return when the bar returns.

I seriously doubt the upgrade had anything to do with eliminating ads.

Tell me what browser you use .. and I will (try to) help you set it to block ads. Send me a private message.

Lars, thank you so very much. What a great job you did! It feels good to have you explain any remaining glitches so we are kept up to date.

It is so much faster now. DS had always been much slower than any other site I used. Now it races on ahead. Maybe some of it is that I use internet explorer too.

Is there anyway with this upgrade to keep animated Avatars from flashing and moving on my iPhone? The Animated Avatars cause my sensory seizure disorder to activate. They do nothing good for my headpain either. Thanks for your help. Hugs, Cathy

The ability to sign off chat or update status is not there as there is no meebo. I haven't had meebo in months but I was still able to sign on and off chat at the bottom of the page where meebo used to be.

I am so glad the migration is over and hope we can get back to "normal" soon.

I think it is faster (bit hard for me to know with the atmospheric problems here right now as the affects the wireless internet.

BUT----------

I have found that some posts didn't get posted up on the groups,
that my activity page is locked at what it was when DS went off line,
AND I am not getting any email alerts ----------------------------------

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
