I learned my lesson the hard way and now I can't get 8 back.

I will never download anything that says Beta after it, again!

I followed this link vet and I read the comments and there are others who have a sony VAIO with vista who do not see IEP listed under updates!

I think I will just say screw ip and download google chrome.

I have downloaded a couple of Beta programs - but have kept the old ones to use just in case of problems.

Guess I have been lucky as I had no problems - they were Mozilla Thunderbird (email programs) beta ones and were almost at the end of their testing phase.

At the time I was having trouble with the old one and so took a chance. As I say I was lucky but I know that many people are not so lucky when they have done it.

But normally I do steer clear of them.

I tried the explorer 9 had go into safe mode remove it. then thankfully explorer 7 was back on so merly upgraded to 8 ...one stage caused me lot panic

Bendme .. the problem Bob is having is he cannot find the OPTION to remove it. He says it is not there. It is supposed to be in REMOVE PROGRAMS under WINDOWS "UPDATES" .. but he says it is not there.

Is that where you found it?????

    check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

     I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...
