HI. I am new and would like to introduce myself. I found this on Google and hope to find some online friends who can relate to having a spouse who suffers from depression. I have been married for 19 years and this is literally the first time I have reached out to a support community for this. There are times when I feel I can manage the mood swings which I frequently encounter, but at the present, I feel like I am drowning. I tend to my DH's favorite moving target when he is anxious and nothing I do is right. My weekend totally backfired. Something unexpected (loong story) disrupted some very special plans. I am trying to keep all the balls in the air at the moment and it is hard to keep up.

Welcome Morriss......................you have found a great place:):) You will develop lots of friendships and gain lots of support here at DS.

Check out some of the Depression boards and I am sure you can get some information and LOTS of support..........and prolly some laughter to help brighten your days:):)

Thank You so much for the warm welcome, I just found this site tonight and am very excited to get started, I haven't met anyone yet but I'm having fun going through the groups and setting up my profile. The opportunities in this site are unbelievable. I suffer from fibromyalgia amongst several other things and this is the first time I have been part of a support group. I think it's the perfect time for something positive in my life! Thanks DS

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
