Q about Social Security/Medicaid

So I wasnt sure where to put this since I couldnt find a Social Security form here or online.

When I applied for SSI 2 years ago (I have cerebral palsy) I got denied. I appealed and got looked at by on of SS's doctors. I never had to get a lawyer.

I was put under disabled adult child, which I heard was a form of SSDI, so I receive more than those on SSI. To put it simply, I receive the death benefits from my fathers passing when I was a child .... but in the form of these checks under the title disabled adult child.

I was told that I would get Medicare after those 2 years, which I did, and also another review, that everyone gets in every 2 years from then on, depending on how their case is described. For example, my friend who is a quad CP, and is severe, gets reviews every 6 years or so.

But I never got that review. This is fine, but I'm extremely worried because of a couple things.

A. My CP is mild and isn't getting worse at a major decline. So there is no need for me to go to the doctor. I could use the physical therapy offered by Medicare, but it is only for a limited time, and there is a big process to get it started up again. Thus I'm not going to the doctor and I've heard if you do not visit the doctor regularly enough, they will look at this at your next review and take your check from you.

I'm a college student who is only getting by on my checks each month which is the whole reason I don't go to the doctor now. I cant afford to pay the 20% left over (I get Part A & B) I may not need my insurance now, as my CP and anxiety is managable, but I needed to go to the hospital a few times when I was waiting on my Medicare the first 2 years I was on SSDI/SSI.

B. I have moved to a new state. I have registered to vote in this state and gotten my state ID here, as well as opened a new bank account. But I will not be a resident for 2 years, so the only assistance I get is government (medicare and my checks) not state assistance since I'm not a resident yet. The rate of pay is supposed to change depending on the cost of living in a new state when you become a resident. The cost of living is much higher here than where I was living. Is there any way to get my rate of pay changed before the 2 years is up? If I do come up for review and get denied (due to not having severe enough disabilities, though they stop me from working & not going to the doctor) how can I reapply in this state since I'm not a resident yet and therefore don't go by their rate of pay?

C. I did some research on Disabled Adult Children benefits and found out I cannot marry. My boyfriend is thinking of asking me to marry him in the not so distant future, and if I lose my income, that will cut a big part of our income out. Will I have to go through the whole 6 month reapplying process again or can I forewarn Social Security so that they can switch me to regular benefits? He will be making minimum wage as he would still be in college I assume.

I tried to call the local office to ask them this, but their number listed wasn't working, so I went down to the office and they were less than helpful.
