Headaches

I am and have always had some emotional/mood issues. Stress, Anxiety, Bipolar etc... So I have talked to my Dr.'s and they prescribe meds and I've even tried natural meds and it just seems that EVERY time I take something I get Horrible headaches. They are sooo bad I can't function. I do have migraine meds but it just seems that no matter what I take I get this enormous headache. I'd rather be a moody B*** than have these headaches. Any suggestions? Anyone else have this issue?

No. I was just looking up prices for one seeing how I have no insurance coverage. I do know I need one. I just didn't know if there maybe was something in all these types of products that could be the cause.

I also have migraines and get them as a side effect of medications to treat a condition I have.
Eventually it came down to a choice of suffering with daily headaches (being awake and miserable) or suffering with my Narcolepsy (sleeping away my life). I talked to my Neurologist (who is NOT my sleep doctor), and he put me on Topomax. Fortunately, it has done a fabulous job at decreasing the migraines associated with the other medication to almost nothing. If I do get a headache, it is usually a "normal" pain. My sister takes it to prevent migraines as well, and she also has no insurance. I believe for her the generic is about $40/month for 120 pills at Walgreens.
