My name is Jennifer Voth and I’m a PhD student in psychology at the University of Windsor, Ontario. I'm conducting a study to examine how people cope with and adjust to living with RA, AS, SLE and Gout.

You must be over 18 years of age and have been diagnosed with either Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus or Gout.

You will be eligible to win 1 of ten $10 USD (or equivalent) gift cards of your choice from Amazon, Starbucks or Walmart, as a thank you for your time.

The survey will take approximately 25 minutes to complete and can be done from any computer. All responses will be kept confidential and the study has been approved by the University of Windsor Research Ethics Board (REB# 12-012).
