Today I'm feeling frustrated. I have so many unexplained symptoms. I just want to be healthy. I want answers. I just want someone to tell me what to do that will help me get better. I feel as if my life has been on hold for 5 1/2 years, and I've tried so hard to get healthy, but each time I think I'm getting help I have another setback.

I've been unable to write in my journal lately. I have found a resource that I'm working with about healing my inner child. It seems to be the popular topic lately, too. It's been very helpful thus far, and I'm glad I've begun this work. It's amazing how badly I've been treating myself.

started cymbalta for my fibro pain. Plaquenil for my lupus symptoms. not sure what the normal dose of cymbalta is I am being started on 20 mg. daily. I have been able to cut down on my aleeve, and vicodin which is a blessing. The stomach pain has lessened as well. The plaquenil is being titrated starting with 200 mg. taking 1/2 tablet one time a day for l week, then 1/2 tablet 2... -

I have begun to get to know my inner child. I look inside myself and see her, all vulnerable, and my heart goes out to her. Family
Well everyone in family is doing pretty good. Ralph is having good days and bad days. We spend time together. Nikki is feeling so so days. We got a 3d ultra sound of the baby and pictures are on my profile. We also got a video and its cute. Joey been sick with migraines and out of school and the doctor gave him sample of meds so he got another appt in a month to see her. I'...1 Recommendation

This community is dedicated to people who suffer from an illness that has been difficult to define. As advanced as modern medicine is, there still exist many cases where doctors cannot pinpoint an exact cause for pain or other symptoms. Suffering with any illness is certainly difficult, but suffering with an illness that cannot be identified (and thus treated) can be especially difficult and trying for anyone.
