Just in your opinion, or your experience.
I've been smoking weed for about over 2 years now, and i'm finding it hard to completely quit.
I enjoy it too much, but I always beat myself up after I smoke it.. It's strange. I want to quit, though. Mostly for school. (I'm 19)
what was the easiest way for you to completely quit? or something that helps.

" Find other things to do! Stay busy and give yourself rewards (legal and healthy ones, of course) for completing another day without smoking. One day at a time works, at least at first! "

" I disagree that there will be misery! There are detox symptoms that can last various times. There is a detox pamphlet at www.marijuana-anonmyous.org

All the long term completely clean and sober potheads I meet in marijuana anonymous, and that's how I've done it. "

" I have nothing against 12-step if it works for you. But neither my mother nor I are in MA, and she has been clean 5 years, while I have been clean for 12. No offense, I am just saying that not everyone who maintains abstinence follows the same program. "

" i think the hardest part isnt letting go of weed, but finding other sources for happiness.

as for what i posted earlier about the '6 months of misery', i was not speaking from experience because I have never made it past 3 months!! "
