" Thanks to you all for giving me some direction. I know I have several unhealthy addictions, as I posted before. I've been trying to be really honest with myself in answering those questions, and while I may not have a full blown addiction, I DO think smoking marijuana has the potential to become a serious problem. I can go a while w/out smoking it, but I do get cravings, especially when I'm really stressed - which is a lot! I know I need to learn some healthy alternatives to manage my stress, as well. After writing this, what do you think? Do I need to find a land meeting, and will that help me? And I'm not sure if I'm at the point of "needing "the change, but I DO want a healthier me! Please, keep the advice coming! It also means a lot that you're helping me figure this out! Thanks a bunch! "

" Suggestion for attending land meetings - listen for the similarities, try more than one different meeting, and attend at least 6 before you make up you mind either way if there is something in it for you! Also, pick up as much literature as you can - reading it is a good way to find some recovery / piece of mind / understanding. Also, take what you like and leave the rest - the amount of "recovery" in any meeting can vary, just like here, sometimes we each have more to offer than other times, and we all have bad days. Stick with the winners - stay around people who have what you want. "

" Thanks Loved1! What you said makes a lot of sense. Does anyone know of any good sites where I can get some more information on this subject? How about books? Anything will be helpful!! Thanks again! "
