Another holiday,clean and sober. This has been a summer to remember! I haven't been thru so many holidays, especially summer holidays, clean and sober since I was a little girl. Doing much better, and have been a happy camper to boot. I guess the change in supplements , herbs & acupuncture have been working? Took about 3 weeks to kick in fully hope it last quite a while.
