Hey all!! My husband has been on 25 ML of clomid a day for nearly 3 months. We go back for our next SA next week to see of there are any improvements. Sperm count was 3.6 MIL. in January with low testosterone (hypogonadism) and very low FSH. Just wondering if anyone has had any success with this treatment? Please pray for us!! We want to have a baby so bad, its just killing us! We are trying to stay positive..

Wannababybad: What was the result of the SA after taking the Clomid? We just found out a few days ago that my DH's testosterone was quite low, the likely cause of his low count, low motility, and low viability. I had heard of men being on Clomid before, but wasn't sure why. I would be interested in knowing how things are going for you!

Hey!..After 3 months on 25 ml of clomid his sperm count is now 6.3 mil.We are now seeing an RE and he has added Ovidrel shot (HCG) to his regimen..he takes that 2 times a week..it is expensive (8 shots a month @ $40.00 a shot..thats after insurance) but it really helps with the side effects that some males tend to get from it. (depression, fatigue, low sex drive)Now my husbands sperm count is high enough that we will be doing our first IUI hopefully by the end of this week!
