Hi
I am new here and I am surprised there aren't more people on this board. I feel quite alone as I was diagnosed with the dry AMD a few weeks ago, both eyes. I will see the retinal specialist next month and the wait is killing me! My optometrist put me on MacuTrition, a new supplement for MD. I also have a "membrane" or adhesion on the right macula, which she has no idea what it is. That is why I am very anxious to see this specialist. MacuTrition looks good, in general, but didn't your mother tell you to eat your carrots because they were good for your eyes?

I'm not sure that you aren't being sarcastic.......I take this condition very very seriously. I don't need your sarcasm.....I already belong to a great macular degen forum where there are very intelligent people contributing and the very latest information on AMD. Bye and best wishes to you.
