I am taking the Lucent shots for AMD. However, I keep getting scratched corneas. My doctor says I am doing something to cause this. I have dry eye syndrome as well. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you solve it?

Sorry to hear about this Babs. I haven't begun treatments yet, but I would love it if you would let me know more about your experience with it all. Has It helped your vision?? Sounds mighty uncomfortable.

Thanks, Roth. The shots are not bad - your eye is numb. I have not had results very good. Was on Avastin but am now starting the Lucent shots. Maybe the expensive ones will do more. I do know of people whose vision was helped. Babs61
