Well I managed to get some cleaning done....took the protective dust coating off of the living room...lol Still have more to do of course, it's never done, but I feel better that I did some anyway. Still very tired can't seem to get enough rest but can't really sleep either. I guess it's the meds, I see the rheumy on wed so maybe she will adjust the meds. I think I might have thru... -

Haven't been to the gym in 2 days, feel a little guilty for that, but at least I have been able to get out and run a few errands. That's about all I seem to be able to handle and then I'm done in, it is so frustrating to not be able to do everything that you want to do. We had a business function to go to last night and I just barely made it through I was so tired, and we have another... -

london was exhausting especially as i had been feeling ill and not sleeping....doctor messed up my steroids dosage and i didnt notice....thought i was going crazy
The doctor was lovely and seemed to know what she was talking about. They took 12 viles of blood.....she mentioned hughes and sjogens, because of a rash (cant remember what she called it) plus i wasnt producing tears on a test strip....i... -

I made it to the gym today....yea!!! I found out today that the vibro platform is supposed to help drain your lymphatic system and help detox your body, so hoping it improve my immune system. The puppies are still keeping me entertained, but they are alot of work when hubby isn't here to help. I am thinking of downsizing my business and taking a cash out for all my customers, it would save me...

Sat her waiting to see Dr Jenny Arnold my lovely haematologist. I opened a letter yesterday which says I am due to have my gall bladder out next friday. Shock horror ensued, cos I was under the impression I could not have it done until my Platelet count improved
Last month it shot up to 170 from I think previous was 76. Doc had said if was up again this month I could be put forward for the op.

I have been laughing alot over the antics of the puppies, not enjoying the clean ups though....lol They will be here until just before Christmas when my daughter in law comes to get them and take them to Fort MacMurray, one is for her and my son and the other is for my daughter's boyfriend. the little one that they name...1 Recommendation

IM BACK FROM NEW RHEUMY(WHAT A JOKE) PRIMARY CARE DR TOLD ME IN OCT. I HAD MCTD,BASED ON BLOOD WORK AND OTHER SYMPTOMS. GUESS WHAT NEW RHEUMY SAYS SHE DOES NOT BELIEVE I HAVE ANY AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE BASED ON MY DRS BLOOD TEST OR PAST MEDICAL RECORDS. Every time we are happy we worry how long it is going to be befor we are down again. Yet when we are down we are wondering when we are going to be happy again. When is rains we want sunshine and when its sunny we pray for rain. When we are well we worry how long for and when we are ill we wonder what next.

The past couple of days have been really good. I unexpectedly met an old friend i havnt seen for years.....we are going to keep in touch. Also i havnt smoked for 2 weeks now and amazingly most of my friends are attempting to quit as well. got to the gym again today, seems to be helping, there are so many massage positions that you can use on the vibration platform. My back seems to be loosening up, I seem to carry all my tention in neck shoulders and upper back. Mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) or Sharp's syndrome is a human autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks the body. MCTD combines features of polymyositis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and systemic scleroderma and is thus considered an overlap syndrome. MCTD commonly causes joint pain/swelling, Raynaud phenomenon, muscle inflammation, and scarring of the skin of the hand.
