went out for coffee with friends, such a nice day we sat out on the patio and watched all the motorcycles getting in their last rides. went for a walk down the main street and did some window shopping. Found a new restaurant that we want to try. Took the puppies outside to play and wear them out, It's so funny watching them fall all over the place.

Well so much for getting out of the house today! I got up dressed and ready to go went out and realized that I would have to drive my husband's beast of a truck...he took the car to TO.
then the truck won't start, plugged it in to see if that would help.......nope. So gave up on that, at least I had the energy to at least tidy up the house a bit and that was all I had in me for the day so...1 Recommendation1 Comment -

didn't make it sign up yet for the gym, but I did manage to make it to the fashion show for charity.....and had enough energy to model 3 outfits, I had 5 but only did 3....not too bad, alot of stairs to do but I went slow and did okay. Well not much has changed with my daughters situation. He actually is leaving for Alberta today! YAY!! He is allowing her to stay for awhile then he is renting house out. started cymbalta for my fibro pain. Plaquenil for my lupus symptoms. not sure what the normal dose of cymbalta is I am being started on 20 mg. daily. I have been able to cut down on my aleeve, and vicodin which is a blessing. The stomach pain has lessened as well. The plaquenil is being titrated starting with 200 mg. taking 1/2 tablet one time a day for l week, then 1/2 tablet 2... -

Well I was baptized yesterday. I was aching in the am before and then right after I was baptized I didn't feel any pain it seemed to go away. Thought that was cool, but then it has come back with avengance. So I am trying to take it easy today(not possible with a 2yr old). Mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) or Sharp's syndrome is a human autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks the body. MCTD combines features of polymyositis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and systemic scleroderma and is thus considered an overlap syndrome. MCTD commonly causes joint pain/swelling, Raynaud phenomenon, muscle inflammation, and scarring of the skin of the hand.
