Has anyone tried to reduce their intake of salt? According to some friend who has tried, reducing the intake of salt reduces the swelling a little. I just thought i should share, may be someone might find it helpfull.
I too have reduced my salt intake, but it is hard to tell if the swelling improved, but overall i think it is a good idea.
