So, vaccinate or not?

Lyme is pretty hard on our immune systems.

What should we do?

" I will not be getting the vaccine, and discussed with my Dr. yesterday. What really makes us both uncomfortable is that this is a live vaccine here in Canada (not sure if same in US) and when I asked her about it actually causing someone who TAKES the vaccine to become contagious...she couldn't answer me. Nobody really knows, so we could be creating our own pandemic (IMO). There just isn't enough information.

She is a big proponent of integrative medicines, and is holding seminars on what to take naturally, to give the best chances for those of us with compromised immune systems. In a nutshell...here is a link to what she is stating to use and take:

Preventative actions...that's the way I have to go, and lots of faith! "

" 5 out of 5 annonymous LLMD's in my area said NO H1N1 vaccines for anyone with a fragile immune system. Our immune systems have more than enough to deal with as it is. "

" Mine likes the idea of a vaccine, but not the other junk they put in the shots.

I've decided against getting it. I'm not in a situation where I'm around many people, so I'm just going to continue my juicing, supplements and wash my hands more often.

RE: Vitamin D- I take drops under my tongue- I think it may absorb better? "
