What a day! We again headed to the swimming pool. Then after that, came home for a nice dinner. Then after I got the baby to bed, I headed out on the porch to enjoy a glass of wine! Having a GREAT time in Maine! I think this is exactly what DF and I needed. We are doing some local things and doing nothing other times. I played in the waves for hours our first full day here. The body surfing was incredible! We got in a few really good meals. I also brought some lactaid pills so I have been able to enjoy the home made icecream (could be dangerous! )

I FINALLY got the scale down past 124! This morning is 123.5! (I know, only a half a pound, but I will take it!) How did I achieve this? Not eating all the crap that is around me! It is every where, especially at work. But I have had ZERO of it! I knew if I had it once, I would keep going. Our house finally closed and we are on the road. So far our on the road experience has been mostly rest and recuperation. We had spent the four weeks previousv to closing moving out stuff our daughters wanted, holding moving sales, packing the coach, getting stuff hauled off, etc. It was four weeks of 10 to 12 hour days and then neighbors would stop by to visit until the wee hours.
