The doctor decided to remove both tubes. She is the specialist and if she thinks this is best then I need to go with it. Also, when I was 15 they said one was bad and 17 they said the other was and that I would never conceive on my own. I guess they were right. I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!! I just gave myself my first progesterone shot in the butt! I know it must seem crazy that I am excited that I stuck a big ole' needle in my butt, but I hate that shot and it is the only one I have never given myself. But DF is working tonight so I had to do it. I need to do it in Texas next week anyways.

The nurse just called. I have 12 measurable follicles and got the go ahead to trigger tonight at 8:30! We will check in Monday at 7:30 AM for an 8:30 AM retrieval. WOOHOO!!! If all goes well and our babies grow like we are praying they do then they will transfer back 3 of our children on Saturday, February 7th with a BETA scheduled for... let me check... They retrieved nine eggs at ER this morning. That is a good amount. Although, our first cycle had 19, second and third had 13 and our fourth had 9. We were not sure if the reason we only got 9 the last time was due to the type of cycle we did. Our children are back in me where they can grow for the next 9 months! ET went well and I did acupuncture a few hours later. We transferred three embryos:

OMG, I can't believe it!! We got home from work and I was opening a letter from our RE and expecting it to be a bill. Instead it was a letter stating that two of our embryos (the only two left) were cryopreserved! I am in SHOCK! Four IVF cycles before this with far more embryos and none made it to freeze. I am sorry to tell you ladies but our 5th IVF failed us too. We got another "I am so sorry" call to let us know that once again we will not be having a child. My heart is broken and empty. I have no idea what is going on. I don't know why my body will not allow an embryo to implant and grow. I don't know what we will do next. I just don't know.

I did it! I reached my goal!! I stepped on the scale this morning and saw that magical goal number shining up at me!! Now all I need to do is at least maintain it until we leave for vacation this weekend!
I am so proud of myself. It took a lot of hard work but it was so worth it!

I went to the doctor yesterday to get new meds for my eczema/psoriasis and my "non-acne/acne". My hands have been out of control for a few months now.
