I get that throbbing pain too! It hurts right in the bones. I try to press and rub the pain away, but nothing works. I've had this problem since I was a kid. I havent tried vicks. I think I'll give it a try. I wish I knew a remedy for this problem. Hugs, Niecy.

I've tried just about everything. Avoid sugar- avoid caffeine. Warm them up to get circulation going and try a mixture of hydrocortisone cream --- put it in a small bowl and add some cayenne pepper to it. Then rub this on your feet. It does work. Keep the extra in tupperware or a baggie. I got this recipe from a doctor. It really works.
Hope this helps you.

yeah, I've had the same problem lately. I just invested in some Nike running shoes (for me to use while walking) and they are absolutely so light on my feet. I think it made a difference. Anyway I asked my dr. yesterday and she said it could be my Rauynauds phenomenom. The only thing she said was to keep your socks on and keep them warm all the time. I only notice it when I"m lying or sitting down for long periods or when I wake up in the morning. I think it has something to do with circulation. It might be side effects of the drugs or Cellcept.

Shoes. Are you kidding. I can't wear em! Only kind I can wear are crocs or slip ons. Nothing that covers the whole foot or I'd be screaming. Haven't worn real shoes in over 5 years. Sorry Globug...no help here on the shoe issue.

I have the same problem. I've found crocs to be my only option. I've been wearing the croc sandals throughout summer and now have to wear them in the house too in order to keep my feet from getting sore. I saw online that crocs now make medical shoes. That's my next investment. Good luck to you.
