I saw somewhere on here that someone was using MSM. I didn't know what it was so I looked it up on the internet. I now think I will try it. So would anyone that is taking it or has taken please let me know what you thought. Side effects etc. ???? Thanks for everyones help Brenda

My son got poison oak last summer. The doctors gave him 5 or 6 things for it. Nothing worked. I told him to go to the health food store and ask. They gave him MSM and it cleared up in a couple of days and it has no side effects. Find a presciption drug that can claim that. It is an ingredient in the food supplement that I take. Keep us posted.

I'm planning to try msm this week. I'll let you know if it helps. I'm having such terrible leg/thigh pain. And, muscles seem week and wobbly. Hoping this will help.
