I would like to thank you all for your support. My best friend and my heart and soul passed away on Wed, November 4th. She was put in a hospice hospital, and died 2 days later. She was in mental anguish because she wanted to "go home" and God wasnt taking her. I am totally devastated, but glad she got her wish and is now at peace. I am having a difficult time in dealing with this, as I have not even cried. This is something very new to me, because I thought I would cry non stop. I think people at her wake think im crazy or something because I am going about my business greeting people and comforting THEM. I am sure this will hit me like a load when the funeral is over. once again thank you all for your support and please pray for my Mom's soul

I'm very sorry for the loss of your beloved Mother. I also lost my Mother to lung cancer on 9/9/07 and still miss her very much. I will pray for you and your Mother. Hugs!

Your Mother would be proud of you, being brave, friendly and accomodating to others. Am sure your Mother's death is both a blessing and a curse. One part of you is delighted the fight and pain has stopped, and the heart side of you says I miss her terribly. Be triumphant knowing your Mother is in heaven watching down on you, and you will know this thru God's grace, through the wind, through the leaves, through the sun, through the night, through all things God's grants to us, you will know her journey has ended in heaven. I am so sorry--I lost my Dad to lung cancer on October 14th, 2006. It's a horrible disease that needs to be wiped of the face of the earth!!! You are most likely in shock right now--it is relief whenever one leses, as much as you appreciate them, so you can have some time alone to think. I will certainly keep you entire family in my prayers. God Bless
