" I go through these ups and downs as well. I've come to realize that life will always be a roller coaster filled with ups and downs. The trick is to hang on until you're trucking your way up the next hill. No one is happy 100% of the time. Just keep in mind that sooner or later you'll be back up. Hang in there. "

" Yes, yes, yes! It is the same way for me. I am WORKING at trying to feel better, happier, stronger. Trying to take care of myself. But I am dealing with the loss of some very important relationships in my life, a lot of rejection, and pretty much nobody I can turn to for support except here. Every single day I experience at least a few hours of horrible sadness, loneliness, depression. And then I have to try and work my way out of it. It is SUCH an extreme roller-coaster right now.

The only thing that's getting me through it is the faith that it won't always be like this. "

" Yep, it is a roller coaster for me as well. Little things can make me so happy, but they ususally involve other people connecting with me and I can't control other people, places or things. The only thing I can control is myself. Exercising really hard helps me for a few hours everyday as well. Knowing that there are going to be some good times ahead - something to look forward to helps, also. People with a strong spiritual sense of faith do better in dealing with these kinds of challenges. So I'm trying to cultivate some faith in a Higher Power. "
