I was trying to write something about someone that I am starting to like. I was looking at a blank screen and the verses started coming. I guess they came out this way because I am still fustrated because my stbx still hasn't severed ties with me but I want to be rid of her. well feeling shitty isn't going away. i really need a good night's sleep its that kind of weather. and until i get the rest of the stuff done before going to court i will continue to feel agitated like this. i think if i get some work done i will feel better.

As I've aged, I've become kinder to myself, and less critical of myself. I've become my own friend. I don't chide myself for eating that extra cookie, or for not making my bed, or for buying something silly that I didn't need. I am entitled to a treat, to be messy, to be silly or eccentric.
