1. Walmart breakfast drink mix every day. It has more vitamins and minerals than the name brands like Nestle. Mix with 8 oz of whole cow's milk if you can. The body uses lead like it is calcium, so you need LOTS of calcium, and LOTS of iron. Hungry children absorb lead more quickly as well, so give snacks and meals THROUGHOUT the day! Pretzels and yogurt, string cheese too= GREAT SNACKS.
2. I did not know about this when my son had the poisoning, but we take it everyday now. DIATOMACEOUS EARTH. Make sure it is food grade- that is VERY IMPORTANT!!!! If it is not food grade it will do lots of harm. You can find it in powder form on ebay. What this does is "grabs" free radicals, parasites, and all kinds of bad stuff and takes it right out your bottom end. The best part is that is also takes out HEAVY METALS!! It is not a CHEMICAL reaction, it is a PHYSICAL reaction, so there is no harm done to your body. Please research this for yourselves!! i never read anything directly about lead being removed, but it is worth a try. When your child has lead poisoning, you need all of the options you can get.
3. Another new thing we started taking: BOVINE COLOSTRUM. This heals the body. Please research this as well.

I would like to add that I have been in your position. It is a scary position, and one that I wish did not exist. THE NUMBER ONE THING THAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP YOUR CHILD IS TO FIND THE SOURCE OF THE LEAD. It took us a few months to find it, but the results were dramatic when we removed it. It was an old inherited piece of furniture. My son was not eating the paint, nor was it chipping. It was wearing off slowly, and he was playing on it with his toys. That's all it took to get him to a level of 18. We got rid of his poisoning down to 6 in SIX MONTHS, mainly I guarantee from the calcium and iron I was feeding him. KEEP FAITH. You will overcome this. I cry for all of the children going through this. I sincerely hope that this message helps at least one person.
