sloshing in stomach?

hi everyone,

i'm wondering if i might have lactose intolerance because i have just about every symptom that is associated with it. i am hoping to see a gastroenterologist this week about it, but in the meantime, can you tell me if you ever get a "swooshing" noise in your stomach or abdomen? i've had this pretty consistently for the last few days, only on the left side, and i'm worrying a lot about it (i have health-related anxiety and worry about any symptom, though). basically, it feels like a wave of liquid that is just sloshing around in there.

i know that the best thing for me is to see the GI specialist because i'm already panicking that this could be something much worse than lactose intolerance, but i wanted to see if anyone with LI gets this symptom.

thanks for reading this!
