newly dx with celiac and lactose intolerant-i was raised a farm girl and milk has been comfroting to me...i did read a post that fred meyers has lactose fre milk and i am going to check out tomorrow-but i also eat alot of yogurt and cottage cheese...and how doe whey play into this...i am looking for sites to help explain this...

If you don't want to give up dairy- i have some good advice for you! Look up lactagen on the web. It is made by Ritter Pharmaceuticals. It is a 38 day program that at the ends allows you to eat all the dairy you want if your lactose intolerant!
