newly dx with celiac and lactose intolerant-i was raised a farm girl and milk has been comfroting to me...i did read a post that fred meyers has lactose fre milk and i am going to check out tomorrow-but i also eat alot of yogurt and cottage cheese...and how doe whey play into this...i am looking for sites to help explain this...
