My my blood test said I am mildly allergic to whey, and then I am lactose intolerant.
Greek yogurt has less whey and more I protein and I love it.
It digests OK, not great.
Lactose free milk has more sugar(not good for hypoglycemia) and less protein. I can't tell if its any easier to digest or not.
Do you know why/whats going on?

" I avoid both yogurt and lactose free milk.
I try to add soy to my diet for protein. Also, I use rice milk for my milk.
Hope that helps "
