why foods like corn, and raisins and bananas give Silas diarahea to...? he will eat corn and like a hour later there it is in his diaper...whole! same thing with raisins, they come out whole, and peas, and, and black olives....it seems his body is not breaking it down or something....

I don't know about raisins or peas or olives, but I DO know that corn can't be digested by the human body. I have the same thing.

I'd definitely ask the pediatrician. If your son is lactose intollerant (as mine is) I'd like to recommend "l'il Critters" calcium gummy bears. My son is ten, and pretty picky about taste, and he loves these. I get them at Cosco, but I don't think they are a Cosco brand. The bottle shows they won a best taste award. Good luck!

Same as hebrewman - I don't know about raisins, peas or olives but corn is very hard - if not impossible for the intestines to break down.
