This is a once a day, over the counter caplet that, if ingested will give you the required enzyme needed to break down any dairy product you eat.
This is a more convenient aide, in that it doesn't require the ingesting of the lactaid, either at a certain time before each ingesting of dairy, or the hassle of trying to guess how many to take before eating the dairy. You just make sure you take the caplet once in a twenty four hour period...that's it. The only really reliable place I have found to regularly stock Digestive Advantage is at Walgreens and some Walmart stores. Note: Making sure you regularly drink healthy fluids is also important in assisting digestion. |
